Manage Your Card with Ease

With our digital banking platform, managing your debit card is simpler than ever. Whether you need to schedule a travel notice, turn your card on/off, activate a card, or set up alerts, everything you need is just a click away.

• Set Travel Notices: Plan to travel? Notify us of your trip directly in digital banking to ensure seamless access to your funds while you’re away. 
  • Online Banking: Accounts Menu → Card Controls → Select Card Image → Travel Notices
  • Mobile App: More → Accounts Menu → Card Controls → Travel Notices 
• Turn Card On/Off: If you misplace your card or suspect unauthorized activity, instantly turn your card off for added security and turn it back on when you’re ready. 
  • Online Banking: Accounts Menu → Card Controls  → Toggle to Block/Unblock Card
  • Mobile App: More → Accounts Menu → Card Controls → Toggle to Block/Unblock Card
• Activate Your Debit Card: If you receive a new or replacement debit card, you can activate your card through digital banking. 
  • Online Banking: Accounts Menu → Card Controls → Select Card Image → Activate Card
  • Mobile App: More → Accounts Menu → Card Controls → Activate Card
• Customizable Alerts: Receive instant notifications through email, text, and/or push for debit card purchases, withdrawals, deposits, low balance, transaction amounts, and much more.

• Surcharge-Free ATM Access: Access your funds at thousands of surcharge-free ATMs.
• Overdraft Protection Options: Opt in to Privilege Pay* through digital banking for ACH & checks and/or ATM and everyday debit card transations by selecting "Privilege Pay" from the Tools menu. There is a $29 fee every time Privilege Pay is accessed. Additional overdraft protection options are also available.
• Enhanced Security: Benefit from zero liability fraud protection for unauthorized transactions so you can shop with confidence. If your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact us:

*This service is not available for everyone. If you are eligible, it will automatically be added to your checking account(s). Market USA will normally pay overdrafts within Privilege Pay limits; however, payment by Market USA is a discretionary courtesy and not a right or obligation. We may refuse to pay an overdraft for you at any time even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you. The Privilege Pay service may be withheld by Market USA at any time without prior notice reason or cause.
